Once the lot has been surveyed and the soil has been tested, excavation begins. Our professional excavator comes in and starts digging.
The foundation is key for structural support. Forms are set up, foundation is poured, and drainage is installed. After inspection, we’ll backfill for construction to begin.
Framing provides the structure for the interior and exterior walls, floors, ceilings and roof of the home, as well as all windows and doors. This is where your new home starts to take shape and begins to come to life!
After framing, mechanicals are roughed in, including plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. This involves setting up supply and drain lines, wiring, and ductwork.
The exterior finish, including siding, soffits, gutters, etc. can be started any time after the framing is complete.
After mechanical inspections, we insulate walls, hang drywall, and schedule attic insulation.
Watch your design selections come to life! We install trim, interior doors, cabinets, countertops, and vanities. Walls and trim are prepped and painted in your chosen colors.
Your vision is becoming reality! Painting is followed by hard surface flooring, carpet, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. After finishing touches are installed, your home is cleaned.
When your home is approaching completion, you’ll meet with your Construction Manager, who will walk you through your new home and provide guidance on operating and maintaining its various components. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and report any concerns so that we can address them promptly.
